Wednesday, October 24
11 a.m.  Concessions Open in Downtown Area
6 p.m. - 10 p.m. All You Can Ride Night at Carnival for one low price.
Ticket booths open at 5:30 p.m.
Rides open at 6:00 p.m.
$15.00 per person at carnival
Discount tickets $12.00, if purchased at ticket outlets before noon on Wednesday, October 24th
Ticket outlets are CornerBank, RCB Bank downtown location, Union State Bank downtown location, the Winfield Chamber of Commerce (123 E. 9th, before 5 p.m. on Tuesday) and the Arkalalah Office.
Any changes because of bad weather will be made at the discretion of the Carnival and announced over the local radio stations.
7 p.m. Opening Ceremony & Torch lighting at the City Building
8 p.m. Parade of Lights
Parade begins at Spruce and Summit Street and ends at Adams Avenue.

Thursday, October 25
11 a.m.  Concessions Open in Downtown Area
5 p.m.  Carnival Opens
7 p.m. ACHS vs. Wichita West at Bulldog Stadium
8 p.m. The Jonathan Fleig Band at Willow Fashion. Must be 21 or older to attend.
 
Friday, October 26  
10 a.m.  Carnival Opens
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Arkalalah Arts/Crafts Show at Arkansas City Rec Center

11 a.m. until dusk Helicopter Rides from Curry Field
11:30 a.m.  Bloat and Gloat Contest

1 p.m. - 3 p.m. "The Office Olympics" featuring Water Cooler Bowling, Office Chair Races, and Daily Grind Relay. Register at 1025 The River.
1 p.m. - 5 p.m. All You Can Ride afternoon at Carnival for one low price.

11 a.m. St. Paul United Methodist Church Chicken & Noodle Dinner – 200 E. Washington
11:15 a.m. Street Games
